tempting. is this just a - do good - we are all trying... or actually have a # of workouts/ minutes of exercise each week...?
no no..for the working out i think its just trying!! :) we can post our successful workouts or something! haha
we have to set decent goals that won't send us insane. i agree - we should share our workouts. and maybe healthy recipes or something. what kinds of things are you saying we put in for the winner? money or other stuff?

hmm. mindy - not sure about this. can we do it slowly this time? like start with 2 weeks without soda... then add lemonade/ gatorade type drinks for 2 weeks... then add cakes/ candy... and so on? let me know what you think!
yes amy. slowly works for me. seeing how its just us too! maybe start with 3 days a week without? lol. move slowly each week adding a day??
